Tina Potter, Executive Director Tina has been serving as executive director of the Fond du Lac Area United Way since June 2005. She has been involved in community development since 1977 and is a founding member of the Winnebago County Literacy Council, Fond du Lac Adult Literacy Services and Fond du Lac Family Resource Center. She also served as a Commissioner for the City of Fond du Lac Redevelopment Authority and Economic Development Board and Board President of Childcare Resource & Referral and FAVR (Solutions Center). She currently serves as a Commissioner for the Fond du Lac City Housing Authority, member of the Fond du Lac Housing Coalition and co-chairs SPROUT, a council that addresses the social and emotional needs of children under six years of age.

Amber Kilawee, Office Manager
Amber was born and raised in Plymouth, Wisconsin.She attended LakelandLiberalArtsCollege and graduated with a major in Non-profit Organization Management in May 2007.She moved to Fond du Lac in 2006 and began working for the United Way in July 2007. She is currently a member of the ADVOCAP Head Start Policy Council. Amber serves as the Office Manager for United Way.
