Amber Kilawee, Executive Director
Kilawee earned her bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management from Lakeland College and has worked for United Way since 2007. She also earned a certificate from the Institute of American Humanics in non-profit management leadership. Hollie Moe, Executive Assistant
Hollie Moe recently returned to her home town of Fond du Lac. She has a bachelor's degree in Spanish Liberal Arts from UW Eau Claire and nearly ten years of experience in nonprofit administration and volunteer management. Previously, Hollie worked for two United Way Partner Agencies - The Community Table of Eau Claire where she served as Executive Director and The Volunteer Center of Whatcom County in Washington, where she served as Director of the Retired and Senior Volunteer Program. FOND DU LAC AREA UNITED WAY ANNOUNCES NEW EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The United Way Board of Directors is please to announce Amber Kilawee as the new Executive Director of the Fond du Lac Area United Way organization. Her hire follows the retirement of Tina Potter, former Executive Director.

"We are very proud of Amber's work, her ability to mobilize our mission, sustain and grow relationships, understand community issues and work with our partner agencies," said Cathi McGowan, Board President.
