Investing Matters ...

When you decide to contribute to United Way you can do so the following ways:

PAYROLL DEDUCTION: An employee whose employer offers payroll deduction may give permission to have a designated amount taken from their regular paycheck and forwarded to the United Way.

BILLED BY UNITED WAY: Donors may make a pledge to the fund drive and indicate to the United Way how they wish to be billed ( quarterly, semi-annually, or one time).

ONE TIME GIFT: Some donors choose to write a check at the time of the pledge drive and give directly one time to the campaign.  Credit card option is also available.  Donors may request a credit card form from their Company Campaign Coordinator, or from the United Way office.

Dollars pledged to the Fond du Lac Area United Way are allocated by local volunteers to local programs and services. If you do not have access to a United Way pledge card, please print this page, clip out the form below and mail to the Fond du Lac Area United Way, 74 South Main Street, Suite 201, Fond du Lac, WI 54935
