Tijana Williams

Farm to ECE Coordinator

As a dedicated mother of two little ones, Williams is an advocate for change, focused on creating opportunities that strengthen families and communities.

Williams grew up in the Fond du Lac area and, after spending several years away, she’s grateful to be back and connected with the many incredible organizations that support our community—what she affectionately refer to as the “Glitter Glue” that holds us together. Volunteering is a core part of who she is, and she’s proud to contribute to organizations such as ADVOCAP, We EmpowHER, and the Fond du Lac Area Women’s Foundation.

Professionally, Williams hold an associate degree in Human Services and has a background in social media marketing and program coordination, with a strong focus on empowering women. She’s currently a full-time student at Marian University, pursuing degrees in social work and psychology to deepen her understanding of human development and the systems that shape our lives.

In this role, Williams is excited to help connect young children and their families with nutritious food and enriching educational experiences. She believes in the power of collaboration and looks forward to working with families, educators, and community partners to create a lasting, positive impact.
